Deskripsi :

Site Manager bertanggung jawab atas keseluruhan kegiatan operasional proyek di lapangan. Ia memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai jadwal, anggaran, standar mutu, serta mematuhi regulasi K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja). Site Manager juga menjadi penghubung antara tim lapangan, manajemen proyek, serta klien.


Tanggung jawab :

  1. Perencanaan dan Pengawasan Proyek
  2. Koordinasi Team
  3. Pengelolaan Material dan Peralatan
  4. Manajemen Biaya Proyek
  5. Penerapan K3
  6. Pelaporan dan Dokumentasi
  7. Koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal


Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil atau yang relevan.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di proyek konstruksi (gedung/pabrik/infrastruktur).
  3. Memahami manajemen proyek, time schedule, dan K3.
  4. Mampu membaca gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis.
  5. Komunikatif, tegas, problem solver.
