You are a

• A pedagogue, you put yourself at the level of your coachees, whether they are novices or experienced.
• Passionate, you're willing to reveal your game to whoever wants to measure themselves against you.

You will

• Manage a team of skimen (3 to 5 employees)
• Be responsible for your department's financial results
• Manage and maintain the ski park to provide customers with equipment that is adapted, adjusted and safe
• Ensure the quality of customer relations by reinforcing the Club Med culture and spirit.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med's health and safety rules, as well as the upkeep of the property.
