Responsibilities

• Lead improvements in process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy and delivery.
• Lead a team of SMT Machine Operators and Process Technicians.
• Develop and implement advanced processes and SMT methodologies.
• Perform defect and failure analyses for Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
• Able to program SMT machines
• Solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma (D3)
• Training SMT Machine and IPC 610 knowledge is more advantage
• Experienec in SMT Machines (Yamaha/Samsung) include paste printer machine
• Good technical Analysis SMT/BE process
• Good understanding/knowlede in stencil/PCB Design (DOE)
• Min. 2 years experience in same field
• To be able to establish process flow, equipment and method
• To be able to provide process documentation and operating instructions
• To be able to read schematics
• To be able to work quickly and independently
• To be able to diagnose problems quickly and develop solutions on the go.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and equipment
