Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of PCBA process and equipment process, tools and jig design principles, relay out drawing and execution.
• Analytical skills: Ability to perform technical analysis and performance evaluation of process equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
• Lead a team of SMT Machine Operators and Process Techniciansy
• Software utilization: Proficient in using design software such AUTOCAD, Microsoft office, EXEL, WORD, POWER POINT, to design and simulate process equipment
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process equipment design and development, preferably in the PCBA and Equipment process.
• Effective communication: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, as well as other stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to process equipment
• Standards and regulations: Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to process equipment design and operation. ISO
• Personality : Good attitude, discipline able to work with all team, cross department able to take decision
• Language : English active
