Social Media and Content Creator (Remote - Jakarta Based)

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media and Content Creator to join our client's team remotely from Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing all aspects of social media and content creation, from planning to execution. Exceptional English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit SEO-friendly blog posts on topics related to careers and education. You should be familiar with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and able to validate AI-generated content. Content structure and outlines will be provided.
• Plan, script, and edit videos for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Youtube). Video shooting might be done by other team members from other places.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Manage and assist in the day-to-day operations of social media channels (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) including messaging platforms (e.g., Telegram), ensuring consistent posting and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends and integrate them into content strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the founders to create and implement a content strategy and maintain a content calendar. This responsibility is geared toward candidates with senior-level experience.
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure cohesive messaging in content related to product or feature launches.
• Track and report on content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, TikTok Insights).
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content for higher engagement and visibility continuously.
  
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in online content creation, social media management, B2C marketing, copywriting, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content across blogs, articles, and email newsletters.
• Experience in creating and editing video content, particularly for TikTok and YouTube.
• Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
