Social Media Content Creator

Bloom Creations is expanding our team! We are looking for a Full-Time Hybrid Social Media Content Creator located in Bandung City. As our content creator, you will be working closely with the Social Media Specialist and existing team to generate engaging and customer focused social content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative content ideas for our clients, prepare a content calendar, and produce compelling copy.

Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with our Social Media Specialist to understand content strategies, campaign goals, and creative briefs, then bring them to life.

Good Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the team, content talent. If you have a good story telling skill will be a plus!

Content Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality, mobile-first videos tailored for various social media platforms (especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts).

On-Camera Talent: Serve as the on-screen talent for various video content covering different topics, brands, and formats, such as tutorials, vlogs, product showcases, and lifestyle clips. You must be charismatic and confident on camera.

Monitoring : Monitor and analyze social media content performance to drive continuous improvement

Asset Management: Organize and manage all creative assets, including raw footage, edited videos, and photos.

Qualification :

Have a good attitude and sense of humor

Strong knowledge and passionate on social media

Fluent to speak English & Bahasa

Able to work in team

Strong time management skill
