We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company’s social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, community engagement, and analytics. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing strategies to increase brand awareness, and building a loyal community of followers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, driving engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve content and strategies using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency of messaging and visuals across all social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive traffic, increase engagement, and support business goals.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and creating high-quality content.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to create visually appealing content.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
