Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across social media platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Develop & Execute Social Media Strategies – Plan and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Create & Schedule Content – Design and publish posts, stories, and videos across multiple platforms.
• Engage with the Audience – Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
• Monitor & Analyze Performance – Track social media metrics, analyze trends, and optimize content for better reach.
• Manage Campaigns & Ads – Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Stay Updated on Trends – Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

• Must be an Indonesian citizen.
• Must be willing to participate in a one-year remote internship program.
• Must be willing to serve as a committee member for YBB programs for one year.
• Must possess good physical and mental health, along with strong communication skills.
• Must be capable of performing effectively under challenging circumstances.
• Must be tech-savvy.

Required Tools & Softwares :

• Content Creation: Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut.
• Scheduling & Management: Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite.
• Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics.
• Video Editing: InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush.
