This position will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, based on the company's identity.
  • Monitor social media channels for conversations and trends relevant to our brand, and actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing or business development team to develop social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement and present it to Managers weekly and monthly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, and provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tactics.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization, to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to inform our social media strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Maintaining data confidentiality from cyber-crime to secure the company's brand image.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven minimum 3 years of experience working in social media management and/or marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and content.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for exploring innovative approaches to social media marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia skills using applications such as Canva, Cap Cut, etc.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
