Social Media Specialist

Job Descriptions

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Social Media Specialist.

In general, you'll be managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with our online community.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor daily activity on social channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive community presence.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other departments to ensure high-quality visual and written content.
• Analyze performance using social media insights and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) and generate regular reports.
• Stay current with trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Assist in managing paid social campaigns and tracking ROI in collaboration with the digital ads team.
• Coordinate with influencers or partners to support marketing campaigns when needed.
• Monitor competitors and conduct social listening to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
  
  

Requirements And Specifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how to optimize content for each.
• Experience using social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [English and/or Local Language].
• Strong sense of creativity, storytelling, and attention to visual details.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic photo and video editing skills are a plus.
