Job Description

  • Develop and maintain the weekly/monthly content calendar based on direction from the Social Media Strategist.
  • Oversee the workflow from content briefing to final delivery, including revision rounds and post-performance analysis.
  • Publish and schedule content across platforms
  • Ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives, and manage deliverables by coordinating with TikTok creators for branded content and storytelling
  • Compile and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including timelines, content delivery, and performance tracking.

Qualification

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in media advertising, marketing, digital marketing, or other related major
  • Has at least 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital content management
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to lead timelines and workflows
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially TikTok
  • Experience in creator/talent coordination or influencer management is a plus
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
