Social Media Spesialist

Junior Lab Indonesia is looking for a Social Media Spesialist to join our team and help us expand our reach through creative and impactful social media strategies. If you’re passionate about education and love to engage with our online community (Parents for kids 4-12 years old), make content that captivates audiences and inspires learning, we’d love to work with you!

Responsibility

• Manage and grow Junior Lab Indonesia’s social media presence.
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and branding.
• Manage, create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and educational content tailored to our target audience (parents and educators).
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights to improve future strategies.
• Develop and implement effective ad strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, ensuring optimal performance.
• Prepare and launch creative, educational campaigns that engage parents and inspire educational growth for children, including managing KOL partnerships and coordinating both online and offline events.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, audience behaviors, tools and innovative approaches especially in education or STEAM content.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Spesialist or similar role (minimum 2 years).
• Social Media Growth Expertise: Proven experience growing accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a deep understanding of their algorithms.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights)
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut).
• Basic proficiency in English, with skills in writing and speaking relevant to a professional work environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with educational or STEAM content is a plus.
