Software Quality Assurance Intern

Our mission is "Best fit, fast, everywhere" as we contribute to the creation of a truly connected talent ecosystem globally. We're now scaling up (locally & globally), and need Software Quality Assurance Intern to work under the guidance of our Software Quality Tester & Automation Manager. 

This a paid internship with the intention of transitioning to a full-time role.

We're a B2B SaaS business (also powering jobs boards) selling into talent acquisition, talent management, university student admissions and now extending to MSMEs. 

We serve global brands and our business is category leader in Southeast Asia. Examples of our clients range from global corporates, state-owned enterprise, local conglomerates and MSMEs. Some examples include are Telkom Akses, National University of Singapore, Kerata Api Indonesia, Sampoerna, NTU, Shopee, BCG, Nestle & more.

We're remote-first with teams mostly in the Jakarta and Bandung areas.

About This Role

As our Software Quality Assurance Intern you will be responsible for:

• Assist in both manual and automated testing activities.
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts.
• Conduct functional, UI, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, debug, and analyze test failures in automation scripts.
• Collaborate closely with the Developer and Product teams to report and resolve bugs.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in software quality assurance.

About You

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (prior experience in manual & automation testing is a plus).
• Familiarity with programming languages (Python is preferred for automation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, agile environment.
• Eager to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices in QA and test automation.
• Good command in English and excellent in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to work in a remote-first hybrid setup, with mandatory in-office days at our Bandung office.
• Must use a personal device (Bring Your Own Device), ensuring security and performance compliance.
• Must be able to work from home in environment free from distractions, attending virtual video meetings.
