  • Manage, Source and issue quotations for key accounts, small-medium enterprises, and large enterprises across all customer engagement modes
  • Collaborate with the category management team to identify and secure tenders, including the submission process
  • Proactively identify potential new categories based on sourcing requests for the category management team to explore
  • Manage customer inquiries and sales processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and quotation requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
  • Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments to effectively promote company products and services
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Assist and guide junior team members on all activities

  • Minimum Qualifications: Experience in purchasing / sourcing MRO or non-MRO products is required (min. 1-2 years)
  • Communication in English is a must
  • In-depth understanding of the procurement process (Sourcing, Negotiation, Delivery Schedule)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
  • Team player who can also work independently
