Spa and Wellness Manager

Our client, an international 5-star luxury resort nestled near Ubud, Bali, is seeking a Spa and Wellness Manager to oversee the overall spa and wellbeing operations, curate holistic wellness programs, and deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences while ensuring the departments quality, profitability, and alignment with the resorts wellness philosophy.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and fitness services.
• Certified yoga teacher is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with close attention to detail.
• Solid financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to design and implement innovative wellness programs and services.
• Strong leadership capability to manage and develop a spa and wellbeing team.
• Well-versed knowledge in holistic wellness.
• Well-presented with excellent grooming standards.
• Fast learner with a strong drive for growth and improvement.
• Proactive, energetic, and highly motivated.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.

• Oversee the overall operations of the Spa and Wellbeing department.
• Manage and curate wellness programs and spa treatments to ensure exceptional and personalised guest experiences.
• Promote holistic wellbeing through spa services, fitness activities, and tailored wellness programs.
• Ensure the department operates profitably while maintaining high quality and service standards.
• Monitor and manage departmental performance, including service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the brand's philosophy by integrating nature, wellness, and mindful experiences into spa offerings.
