You will

• Coordinate all the activities of a Luxury space of 25 to 60 suites
• Manage a team of 20 to 60 people
• Represente the Luxury range and the Club Med spirit to clients (G.M., Gentil Membres) and teams.
• Apply Club Med's strategy within the Exclusive Collection Area
• Be a source of proposals to increase the range of hotel and leisure services offered by the Exclusive Collection.
• Manage the economic results of its entity
• Ensure the implementation, monitoring and control of standards and local legislation
• Ensure top-of-the-line service and customer relations, ensure ongoing resident satisfaction
• Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development.
• Ensure the equipment, material and infrastructure of the Resort
