About The Role

In this role, you will:

• Finding sources of goods, negotiating in accordance with market prices, optimal costs and intime delivery according to operational requirements and company regulations.
• Provide assistance, communication, cost review and negotiation related to component repair requirement, fabrication and units service with Inspector/QA component on a regular basis in order to achieve the objectives.
• Review alternative vendor as protection when the main vendor has problems, to ensure no delayed for goods process/delivery, high level warranty issue, Non-Genuine Parts, etc
• Prepare bidding (min 2-3 quotations) and evaluate to make sure cost effectiveness, stock availability & specification are meet requirement and properly recorded as per standard company.
• Generate Purchase Order, send to vendor in timely manner, make sure vendor confirmation receipt complete with estimation feedback.
• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained within between supplier-logistic-user in relation to procurement, inventory management support and contract agreement.
• Complete the issue related Non-Conformance goods order and make sure to eliminate the NCR issue.
• Monitor and ensure the daily, weekly, monthly reports and as per requirement report is done accurately and on time.
• Supporting and contributing to the continuous improvement program is related to the Supply Chain department.
• Find solution and advice as per requirement from user, internal department & related department.
  
  
  

About You

• Associate’s Degree of any major with minimum of 2-year experience in similar role.
• Good Communication in English skill (writing & speaking).
• Has experience with procurement management.
• Spare Parts & Components of Heavy Equipment knowledge.
• Familiar with MS Office & ERP Knowledge / Oracle JDE
• Cost analysis and evaluation
