Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Engage suppliers in sustainability programs (PSEP, CARE, TTP, SFA) to ensure compliance with NDPE policy.
• Conduct supplier screenings and collect relevant data, including traceability and GHG/carbon metrics.
• Support ground verification activities at mills and plantations to assess compliance with PSEP requirements and online supplier verification (CARE).
• Prepare documentation and coordinate internally for sustainability verifications such as NDPE IRF and SPOTT.
• Maintain and update the traceability database, ensuring accurate and current supply chain data.
• Generate reports, identify gaps, and contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier engagement and data processes.
  
  

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supplier engagement, traceability, or sustainability programs.
• Familiar with PSEP, CARE, TTP, or similar initiatives.
• Skilled in data collection, verification, and basic carbon data understanding.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability standards and traceability systems.
• Effective communicator with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Able to conduct field verifications and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; GIS or traceability tools are a plus.
• Willing to travel and work across time zones when needed.
