Job Description Summary :
Responsible for preparing all documents for GGL certification, Endorsement of 3rd Party Mill, K3 Implementation, and Environmental Implementation Job Description : GGL Certification

• Prepare GGL documents (daily), namely Mass Balance Reports
• Prepare GGL documents (every shipment), namely GHG reports until the Transaction Certificate is issue

Endorse 3rd Party Mill

• Identification and introduction of GBE and GGL to the 3rd party mill
• Verifying and endorsing the 3rd party mill with the aim of obtaining GGL certification
• The 100 mill target includes Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra

K3 Implementation

• SIO management (every 3 years)
  General K3 Expert First Aid Officer Fire Fighting Officer at Work
• SILO Management (every 3 years)
  Generator Screener Machine Conveyor
• Internal training (every year)
  Emergency preparedness and response training First Aid Training, LOTO, Work Permits, B3 Handling
• Periodic Equipment Test Checks (once a year) for conveyors, screeners, generators, hydrants, lightning rods.
• K3 implementation documentation in Stockpile (every month)
• Reporting K3 implementation to the local Manpower Office every 3 months

Implementation Environment

• Semester reporting for RPL and RKL documents LB3, IPAL, Water Quality Test, Noise Test, SIO

Job Requirement :

• Min Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Having min 1 years of working experience as SPO
• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
