SPV E-Commerce & Live Streamer Operation

PT Uwinfly Industries Indonesia is seeking a proactive and skilled Supervisor for E-Commerce & Live Streamer Operations to manage and promote our e-commerce channels (Shopee, Akulaku, Tokopedia). The ideal candidate will be responsible for various operational aspects, including:

Job Description:

1. E-Commerce Operations & Promotion:

Oversee and promote online sales channels, including store sales, live streaming operations, marketing activities, advertising, and content management.

2. Platform Account Management & SOP Optimization:

Manage account content, live streaming schedules, and promotions on various platforms. Continuously refine and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operations.

3. Coordination for Product Listings, Pricing, and Promotions:

Handle product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to enhance customer experience and reflect brand consistency across e-commerce platforms.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights to provide data-driven recommendations for e-commerce strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Previous experience as a brand e-commerce manager is preferred.

2. E-Commerce Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, trading models, and promotional strategies within major platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia). Experience in user experience, product descriptions, and detailed operations is a plus.

3. Industry Insight & Business Planning Skills: Demonstrated insight into the E-commerce/Retail/Electornical/Manufacturing industry, strong planning, and effective communication skills.

4. Accountability & Data-Driven Mindset: High level of responsibility, goal-oriented, adept at review processes, and skilled in data-driven decision-making with a focus on continuous process optimization.

5. Industry Experience: Candidates with backgrounds in E-Commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, or Electronics are required.
