SPV Network Engineer

• Lead a team of network engineers (L1) to ensure round-the-clock on-site support (24/7/365) for IT network and system continuity

• Supervise the maintenance and the monitoring of the container terminal operational IT network (wired & wireless networks)

• Supervise the maintenance and the monitoring of the Enterprise Mobile Computers, specifically Android-based Vehicle Mount Terminals (VMTs)

• Develop proactive strategies for identifying and addressing potential network and system performance issues

• Review and approve incident logs and documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Ensure prompt response to on-site incidents by the team to minimize downtime and disruptions

• Compile reports related to tower conditions in the field

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimal D3/S1 Mechanical Engineer, Telecommunication Engineer, Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or any similar degree

• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same role

• Able to communicate in English

• Have the ability to master the Networking and Computer Operating System (Windows)

• Good troubleshooting/analysis/problem identification skills

• Don't afraid of heights

• English skill
