Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sr. Curriculum Designer. The Sr. Curriculum Designer will be responsible for curating and overseeing curriculum and content development for Prakerja training, ensuring alignment with program standards, analyzing training needs, and managing development timelines. This is an on-site role located in Bandung, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in relevant fields such as Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum design for Prakerja training programs.
• Proven experience in curriculum and content development, specifically for the Prakerja program.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design principles and learning methodologies.
• Familiarity with Prakerja program Terms & Conditions.
• Experienced with assessment tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Capable of conducting training needs analysis aligned with the target audience.
