Walaupun begitu, tak sedikit orang yang menganggap traveling itu aktivitas outdoor yang ribet, karena banyaknya hal-hal yang harus dihadapi, Mulai dari permasalahan saat packing, hingga problem yang biasa ditemui ketika perjalanan. Bermula dari keresahan itulah, dua pemuda asal Bandung, Ben Wirawan dan Hanafi Salman, mencoba mencari solusi atas berbagai kekhawatiran serta kesulitan yang biasa ditemui orang saat traveling. Lalu pada tahun 2015, keduanya sepakat mendirikan Torch. Seperti arti pada namanya yaitu “obor”, Torch diharapkan dapat menjadi cahaya penerang dalam setiap permasalahan yang dialami traveler melalui produk tas dan perlengkapan traveling yang tak hanya simple, tapi juga inovatif, sehingga praktis digunakan dalam setiap momen perjalanan. Melalui berbagai inovasi fitur yang fungsional dan desainnya yang stylish, serta teknologi kualitas bahan tas yang lebih ringan namun lebih kuat, kini Torch tak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan traveling, tapi juga tumbuh lebih besar dengan memberikan kemudahan serta memecahkan masalah dalam berbagai segi kehidupan, mulai dari aktivitas urban traveling, hingga ke aktivitas harian seperti kuliah dan bekerja. Job Description: Job Overview: We are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition to join our agile team! As a Sr. Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the end-to-end recruitment process run smoothly, also attract and recruit potential talents to be part of Torch's growth. Job Role: - Sourcing Talent: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates for ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Showcase the company culture, values, and opportunities for career growth.
- Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
