Staff Engineer

In this role, you will responsible for test handler equipment with main cores on turret, vision, trim form singulation, packaging (tape and reel) and drive solutions to resolve performance topics affecting OEE and defineand plan Predictive Maintenance Program for equipment stability.

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for Test handler equipment with main cores on turret,vision, trim form singulation , and packaging (tape and reel).
• Responsible KPI (Key Performance Indicators) by enhancing equipmentperformance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Meantime Between Failures (MTBF) in order to achieve company goals and top notch quality
• Support daily management items to ensure line stability
• Drive solutions to resolve performance topics affecting OEE and defineand plan Predictive Maintenance Program for equipment stability
• Lead and build data analytics to improve maintenance process andyield performance
• Develop line competency related to equipment performance in order toperform jobs effectively
• Implement new projects related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) &Advanced Automation
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing /Mechatronics Engineering
• 5+ years of working experience in Semiconductor companies specifically Test Handler, turret, vision, trim form singulation, and packaging.
• Proficiency in ASM Phoenix equipment series is preferable
• Strong in data analysis, familiar with test data tools and problem solving tool usage (e.g. : 8D, 6Sigma, 5 whys) skills
• Ability to perform multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously and timely
• Fluent in English both passive and active, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills, self-driven, proactive, and high team work spirit to collaborate with cross-sites counterparts and a multi-cultural environment
