Staff Engineer

• Analysis, controlling and improvement of Process KPIs (e.g. Yield, Quality etc.).
• Overseeing the process, provide process documentation and operating instructions, support quality audit.
• Capable to liaise with cross segment functional team in collaboration topic. And Handshake with Developments on new package/product developments including new process qualification.
• In depth understanding material to process and process to process interaction, contain the problem and investigate root cause follow 8D (8 Discipline) approach and able to drive focus team or cross functional team.

• Bachelor degree of mechanical, electrical or electronic
• Knowing Problem Solving & Decision-Making methodology - Cause & Effect Diagram, 3x5 WHY, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), 7 QC tools , 8D, PFMEA.
• 6+ years of working experience at Molding process as Process engineer.
• Familiar with ASM / BESI Mold machines is preferable.
• Fluent in English both passive and active, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills, self-driven, proactive, and high team work spirit to collaborate with cross-sites counterparts.
