Staff Specialist Communications

Are you a strong communicator and copywriter? Do you have experience in internal communications and are well versed in social media? Then come and join us! As a member of our Communications team in Batam, you will be part of the global Communications & Public Policy (CP) department and support the site management in keeping stakeholders informed.

In your new role you will:

• Researches, develops, plans, designs, maintains and implements policies, and programs that enhance company relations with the community, the public, governments, and regulatory authorities, shareholders, and employees
• Coordinates spread of company communications with news or trade media contacts, through special events, public speaking or other means to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives
• Focus mainly to internal communication at Infineon Batam site
• Establish your network with stakeholders both inside and outside the company, especially at the Batam site
• Keep close contact with colleagues at other sites and in the headquarters to share best practice examples and content
• Support site management in their communication efforts, e.g. through All-hands meetings.
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communication Management or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience within a communications department or a PR agency
• Good proficiency in copywriting, social media, communication concepts, and organizational skills.
