- Own and maintain line loading plans, ensuring alignment with forecast, customer commits, and available capacity
- Define line configuration and layout plans based on product mix, technology roadmap, and equipment availability
- Work closely with production to balance output across shifts andlines, identifying bottleneck and enabling fast resolution
- Drive continuous improvement in line utilization, productivity and takttime.
- Degree or Master in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Engineering
- Proven experience in production planning, line balancing and factory capacity modeling
- Strong knowledge of backend operation
- Familiar with MES, Factory Simulation tools
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong leadership and cross functional coordination abilities
- Excellent analytical and system thinking skills
- Clear communication - able to present complex data for desicion-making
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced manufacturing environment.
