Responsibilities

Jobdesc :

  • Responsible for daily reception of customers;
  • Familiar with product-related knowledge, provide store shopping guide services:
  • Arrange product display, replenish goods in time, and ensure the normal operation of the store
  • Sales and operation work
  • Responsible for store management, organize and arrange daily operations of all store staff
  • Schedule shifts for store staff, set positions and responsibilities
  • Timely and efficient implementation of various task indicators issued by the company

Requirements

Requirements :

  • No educational background limit, sales experience (beauty sales experience), strong

communication skills;

  • More than 2 years of store manager experience, with personnel management methods
  • Have a good sense of teamwork and responsibility;
  • Domicili : Medan
  • Willing to be placed at Sun Plaza Mall, Medan
