Store Manager/Shop Manager - Art Industry - Bali - WFO

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Art Industry to finding great talent as a Shop Manager with the requirement as follows:

Working location: Badung, Bali
Job responsibility:

• Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring everything operates efficiently and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to inquiries through various
  channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram Direct Message, etc.).

Requirements:

• Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
• Must reside in Bali (Someone who want to relocate is OK)
• Basic Photoshop knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Smart and presentable as you will be the face of our frontline area
• Basic knowledge of using EDC machines and payment gateway
• Candidates must understand and love BALI LIFESTYLE
