Store Supervisor

About the role

As a Store Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, outstanding customer service, and effective team performance. You will play a key role in leading the store team, maintaining visual standards, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. Acting as the bridge between frontline staff and management, you’ll ensure operational excellence and an engaging customer experience.

This position will be placed under one of Blibli’s subsidiary companies specializing in electronic retail.

Qualification

• sMinimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
