Pahamify is a well-known Education Technology (EdTech) company in Indonesia that aims to help Indonesian students discover the authentic joy of learning by blending technology, filmmaking, and game design. Our goal is to develop the education sector with gamification principles and appropriate technological resources.

Since 2019, we have developed a learning app ( http://pahamify.com ) which is currently downloaded by more than 1 million users and contains thousands of interesting premium animated learning videos, quizzes, and summaries. Currently, we have two flagship products: standardized national try-out and live streaming for learning that help millions of students able to achieve their dreams.

Job Description

• Assist the Head of Business Unit with analysis to develop recommendations that drive short-term and long-term strategic initiatives
• Perform various kinds of analyses, including but not limited to: financial performance analysis, financial projection, and market/competitive landscape analysis
• Monitor business unit performance and work with related stakeholders to prepare mitigation or improvement plan
• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of business unit strategic initiatives
• Generate insights from monitoring the education tech landscape globally and locally
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials used for internal executive management
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics is preferred
• 1-2 years of specific experience in business analysis roles
• Skilled in Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Project Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong team player
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
