Be the creative architect behind our market impact!

As a Strategic Marketeer at Equans, you play a key role in refining our marketing approach, bridging strategy and communication to enhance our market positioning. You collaborate with Marcom specialists and the Market Insight Manager to turn data into actionable strategies, elevating Equans' reputation as a leader in the industry.

Your work location: our headquarters in Brussels (Phoenix-building).

Zoom On The Job

• conduct desk research to filter and analyze strategic information within the company and the Group
• act as a link between the Strategy & Business Development team and Marketing
• engag with colleagues across the business to gain insight into their history, vision, products, financial goals, and future outlook
• map the global market landscape for Equans solutions, identify key competitors and their differentiators
• segment customer profiles and personas through desk research and customer interviews
• perform SWOT-analyses to guide strategic decision-making
• defin Equans’ value proposition and positioning pyramid
• craft compelling messaging that transforms our unique selling propositions (USPs) into impactful content
• brief the Marcom team to develop a clear connection plan with defined deliverables, touchpoints, and creative elements
• defin key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire conversion funnel, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Lead
  
  

Are we a match?

• master’s degree in marketing or a related field, with relevant experience demonstrating your expertise
• at least 10 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within a large group or corporate environment
• a passion for customer insights and crafting impactful narratives
• a collaborative & creative mindset, enjoying teamwork with managers and technical experts
• your strategic mindset which aligns marketing efforts with business objectives
• your desire to solve problems creatively and build strong customer relationships through innovative approaches
• fluency in Dutch, French, and English
