  • Developing strategic proposals for B2C clients, offering marketing solutions, marketing plans, and ICP (Integrated Campaign Programs) to enhance Harian Kompas' brand image, brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Defining products, setting pricing, and creating sales packages for advertisements, ICP, and bundled products based on the proposed solutions.
  • Selecting channels/platforms for communication materials to ensure the strategic plans can be executed by the relevant departments.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness and quality of implemented campaigns.
  • Creating solution decks based on the brief framework, leveraging Harian Kompas’ product potential.
  • Designing internal initiatives (editorial and commercial) aligned with industry momentum and opportunities.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any major (Marketing Management preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Communication.
  • Strong understanding of basic concepts and principles of Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of product branding.
  • Proficient in creating decks or PowerPoint presentations using tools like MS Office, Canva, etc.
