Job Description
- Plan and execute project-based tasks focused on improving customer service processes and performance.
- Drive critical projects in a fast-paced environment to achieve key customer service objectives.
- Ensure the effective and timely implementation of ongoing initiatives by coordinating with other departments.
- Track key operational metrics and provide regular updates on business performance and project implementation.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Strong storytelling and visualization skills for PowerPoint presentations.
- Creative thinker with excellent collaboration and relationship management abilities.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Capable of managing end-to-end projects, multitasking, and handling multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Native fluency in Bahasa; English proficiency is a plus.
- Eager to learn about and implement process optimization strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with various stakeholders simultaneously.
