Student Recruitment Coordinator

Western Sydney University Indonesia (WSUI) is looking for a talented Student Recruitment Coordinator to provide expert advice to prospective students. This role will deliver high-level customer service in support of student recruitment and ensure active promotion of the Western Sydney University brand across key recruitment channels.

Main Responsibilites & Duties

• Deliver recruitment activities, including responding to queries, attending fairs, and engaging with prospective students to increase conversion rates.
• Provide high-level customer service and timely advice to prospective students, student counsellors, applicants, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform and support student recruitment strategies.
• Implement and adjust recruitment plans to meet enrolment targets, collaborating with internal teams and using data analysis to optimize outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support recruitment and conversion efforts.

Qualificiations & Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification and experience, or equivalent professional experience and training.
• Demonstrated success in student recruitment or sales environment, with a demonstrated commitment to providing high level customer service to customers.
• Strong knowledge of the tertiary education and/or international student recruitment
• Excellent administration and organisational skills that includes the ability to set priorities, manage time, and plan work to meet targets and deadlines.
• The ability to work effectively as a team member as well as exercise independence where required.
• High level communication skills including the ability to convey information in a professional manner to clients from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds.
