Study Advisor Intern

What You Will Do

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Study Advisor Intern. This role involves managing and organizing schedules, student groupings, and data for our semi-private students. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role.

• Check and manage the schedule for semi-private classes.
• Group semi-private students based on various criteria.
• Review and verify onboarding forms for semi-private students.
• Check statements and feedback from students to ensure their needs are met.
• Distribute and manage manual data for extending student leads.
  
  

The Required Skills

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Familiar with standard administrative tasks and processes.
• Available to work from the office (WFO) twice a week.
• Willing to commute to our office located in Tangerang, Banten.
