Shares4U Offer (capital increase operation)

  • Assist the project manager on the following tasks~
    • Launch and manage annual campaign of capital increases reserved for employees under the Shares4U program.
    • Coordination and communicate actions with different internal and external stakeholders and establish operational project plan / schedule with key milestones and actions involving all these different stakeholders.
    • Animate the network of internal stakeholders during the different stages of the campaign.
    • Ensure that legal framework (deadlines, filings, AMF file, SAFE file, PEG / PEGI agreements, etc.) is respected for the smooth running of Shares4U program~ e.g. preparation of files for the local authorities with help of legal advisors;
  • Ensure the deployment of the communication in different countries (preparation & validation of different tools~ booklet, poster, Employee Communication Website, video, training presentation, etc.)
  • Actively manage the employee communication website (updates of the website + make different tools available to employees) as well as the specific HR workspace for Shares4U
  • Review and validate the list of eligible employees with help of local subsidiaries
  • Close relationship with the account holder Amundi and management companies and assistance to local interlocutors technical, functional and process aspects
Free Share Plans (recurring annual grant & annual delivery) / Former Shares4U programs

  • Annual campaign of the group free shares plans (France / International) ~ annual grants and delivery of shares for former granted plans / delivery of former Shares4U programs
  • Coordination and communicate actions with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Determine the list of eligible employees and validate them with help of local subsidiaries
  • Prepare and validate communication tools (booklet, ppt...) and ensure the deployment of the communication in the different countries

Employee shares management

  • Validate the annual account statements to be distributed to the employees
  • Provide instructions / tools in order to support the Local teams in their day to day management (guideline for selling process for instance, train correspondents to the use of Amundi / BT portal …etc),
  • Calculation of monthly redemption for some specific country (e.g. China)
  • Management of early release events with transfer of free shares for accelerated vesting cases
  • Ensure the reliability of the information provided to Amundi / Portal regarding status of employees (annual review)
  • Management of transversal relationships (external service providers, internal departments)
  • Very good knowledge of employee savings from a financial, operational and HR perspective
  • Acquiring international experience with knowledge on country specificities
  • Preparation and monitoring of a budget, order management / billing
  • Knowledge of tools strengthened (excel, internet solutions, word, PowerPoint, etc)

C&B Activities

  • Support the Group C&B team in the coordination of the C&B process and tools
  • Coordination of the Salary Survey participation with Regional C&B and Country HRDs
  • Collection of the Wage inflation proposals from the countries for e.g. MTP and Annual Salary Review budget processes)
  • Coordination of the Country Salary Bands review with the various Regional C&Bs and Country HRDs
  • Support on the communication of the Salary Review process (calendar, tools update, link with HRIS)
  • Prepare analysis table for C&B review (e.g. Job Grading, Variable Remuneration, Salary Review, etc)
