Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the customer and potential customer database.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing and cleaning the database.
  • Segment customer data for targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data related to customer interactions and sales.
  • Create visually appealing graphics to present data insights.
  • Handle minor customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for
    improvement.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting our customer and potential customer base,
    including creating and sending introductory emails, exhibition invites, newsletters, and promotional
    materials.
  • Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns to optimize future efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support their efforts with data insights and customer
    information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer data management, relationship management, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot is a must)
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
