Supervisor HR Generalist

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Holds HR BNSP Supervisor certificate
• Holds Training Of Trainer BNSP certificate
• Proficient in Management System and HR Management
• Excellent communication skill in English
• Proficient in office administration
• Budget management experience, good problem solving skills, detail oriented, strong recruitment skill, strong organization and people development skill.
• Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word)
• Able to lead and develop a team
• Capable of working under pressure
• Flexible, communicative, and detail-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop, plan, and coordinate the standardization and development of a competitive and equivalent workforce
• Deep understanding on Recruitment, Training, Organization Development and People Analyst
• Develop work plans, policies, and section work budgets
• Propose and manage budgets
• Manage, supervise, and evaluate work according to applicable standards
• Evaluate the section's systems and programs
• Develop training curricula according to organizational needs
• Manage, supervise, and evaluate training programs
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to superiors
• Implement improvements to work systems
