Supply Chain Supervisor

Toko Bakmi Kita is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and manage our growing supply chain operations. This role will focus on ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials, efficient inventory management, and coordination between suppliers, the central kitchen, and restaurant outlets. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing processes as Toko Bakmi Kita expands its operations and menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory across the central kitchen, warehouse, and restaurant outlets.

• Implement inventory control processes to minimize losses and improve accuracy using the ERP system.

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods between suppliers, central kitchen, and outlets.

• Develop schedules for raw material delivery to align with daily and weekly production needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternative options when necessary.

• Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain process and propose improvements.

• Collaborate with the team to implement lean practices and ensure smooth operations.

• Track KPIs, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and delivery performance, and generate regular reports.

• Use data insights from the ERP system to forecast demand and minimize waste.

• Lead and supervise supply chain staff, including warehouse personnel and delivery teams.

• Provide training and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
