System Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented System Analyst to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to analyze requirements, translate business needs into clear technical specifications, and ensure smooth system implementation. You will be instrumental in bridging communication between teams, improving system efficiency, and supporting the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Job Descriptions

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Translate product or client requirements into clear technical documents, including API specs, data flow diagrams, and system logic.
• Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with existing architecture.
• Create and maintain system architecture diagrams, entity-relationship models, and process flow documentation.
• Define and validate API contracts and coordinate with developers during implementation.
• Support the QA team in creating test scenarios and ensuring functional coverage.
• Perform impact analysis for new features, changes, or integrations.
• Maintain and update system documentation (e.g., Postman collections, data dictionaries, service maps).
• Use AI-assisted documentation tools (e.g., Cursor, Notion AI, Claude, MCP agents) to speed up drafting, analysis, and traceability.
• Act as the source of truth for functional clarity.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of web and API-based systems (REST, GraphQL, JSON, HTTP).
• Experience in preparing BRD, FSD, and API documentation.
• Familiar with data modeling and database concepts (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Comfortable reading or writing basic API payloads and sequence diagrams.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiar with AI-assisted documentation or collaboration tools (Cursor, Notion AI, MCP, Copilot).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, Draw.io).
• Bonus points if you have Experience in Loyalty, CMS, or multi-service platform projects.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and backend workflows.
• Familiarity with Git-based repositories.
