In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and evaluating top talent across functions. From engineering to operations to AI, the people you bring in will directly impact how fast and how far we grow.

Our proprietary technologies - from custom APIs to AI-driven engines - are designed to simplify previously complex or inaccessible services, from insurance to investments.
We operate across Malaysia, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, and Singapore, and are building next-generation AI systems to transform how people experience financial services in ASEAN.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and evaluating top talent across functions. From engineering to operations to AI, the people you bring in will directly impact how fast and how far we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Be the gatekeeper of talent quality - reviewing CVs, profiles, and portfolios to identify high-potential candidates who align with our team’s culture and values.
- Source actively and creatively using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, events, and beyond.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria, and interview plans.
- Conduct insightful phone screens and first-stage interviews that go beyond surface-level answers.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience - timely updates, honest communication, and human connection.
- Track and optimize hiring pipelines using modern tools and structured processes.
- Stay on top of hiring trends, market movements, and competitor benchmarks.
- You see recruitment as a craft - not just filling roles, but building teams.

- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally - with both candidates and internal teams.
- Love to build - whether it’s new processes, sourcing strategies, or hiring dashboards.
- Take full ownership - from outreach to offer stage, you run a tight, transparent hiring process.
- Bring a strong bias for action - you move fast, but always with thought and care.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech/startup environment.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
- A problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership.
- Fresh grad are welcome
- Experience hiring for tech, AI, or digital product roles
- Exposure to international recruitment and/or regional hiring across ASEAN
- Familiarity with behavioral and situational interviewing techniques
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Understanding of startup/scale-up hiring challenges
