- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Use job portals, social media, professional networks, and creative sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and job offers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide data-driven insights to improve processes.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Willing to commit to a 6-month full-time internship with a full Work From Office (WFO) arrangement in Tangerang.
