Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Communication or a related field.
  • Minimun 2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition in food & beverage industry or similar industry
  • Passionate about People Experience and eager to learn about Recruitment and Employer Branding.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Willingness to be mobile and travel out of town
  • Placement : Surabaya

Job Description

  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced startup culture.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and other channels.
  • Support the screening of candidate qualifications and administration.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts.
