WORKING HOURS:
This is a part-time, 100% remote position requiring 20-30 hours per week, as follows:
- Evening shift: 8PM - 12AM Jakarta time (4hours)
- Zoom meetings required during working hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Employer Branding & Employee Experience
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage recruitment marketing campaigns, including social media, career page, and employee stories.
- Organize internal and external events (career fairs, networking sessions, company culture activities) to promote our brand.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Design teams to create engaging content (posts, videos, testimonials) highlighting our culture and opportunities.
HR Operations & Projects
- Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
- Assist in HR projects related to engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction).
- Stay updated on talent market trends and employer branding best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year experience in HR, Recruitment, Management or related field
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and AI platforms.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and open to feedback and learning.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook recruitment, or applicant tracking systems.
- Interest in internal communications, culture building, or branding.
