  • Mengawasi aset seperti pakaian, device, dan produk untuk konten
  • Mengembangkan sistem kerja yang efisien dan terstandarisasi
  • Menganalisis metrik live streaming dan membuat laporan berkala
  • Memberikan feedback dan mendukung pengembangan talent


Kualifikasi

  • Minimal gelar Sarjana di bidang Pemasaran, Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang talent management, live streaming, atau content creation, diutamakan di industri ritel fashion online atau marketplace
  • Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang platform dan tools live streaming
  • Berpengalaman dalam manajemen inventori dan optimalisasi alur kerja
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, organisasi, dan leadership yang kuat
  • Memiliki data-driven mindset dengan kemampuan analisis yang baik
