What You'll Do

As a Manager of Taxation, you will play an instrumental role in managing all facets of our client's tax compliance. You will keep updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that the company's tax strategy remains compliant. Your role will involve formulating and executing effective tax planning strategies to minimise liabilities and maximise savings opportunities. You will also serve as the primary liaison for tax regulatory bodies, representing the company during audits and inquiries. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and senior management teams, you will integrate tax strategies with overarching business objectives.

• Ensure punctual and precise submission of tax reports and related documents
• Keep abreast with alterations in tax laws and regulations
• Formulate strategic tax planning to minimise tax liabilities
• Maintain systematic records to support tax filings and audits
• Represent the organisation during audits and tax inquiries
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate tax strategies with business goals

What You Bring

The ideal Manager of Taxation will bring a wealth of experience in managing tax compliance activities. You should have a proven track record of successfully implementing strategic tax planning that aligns with business objectives. Your experience in handling tax audits will be crucial in this role, as you'll be expected to communicate effectively with authorities and defend the company's position. An understanding of complex taxation issues is essential, along with advanced knowledge of taxation regulation and applications such as efaktur, ebupot etc. Fluent English communication skills are required for this role.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred

• Advanced knowledge of taxation regulation and applications
