Tax Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Weekly checking on payment document to identify WHT and VAT
2. Monthly WHT calculation & reconciliation for payment process
3. Monthly Reconciliating Tax Payable Final 4(2) GL and collection list
4. Distributing tax slip to marketing department
5. Preparing WHT payment
6. Creating Tax Invoices of customers installment payment
7. Reporting the tax return to eBupot unifikasi
8. Reconciliating VAT In GL and tax invoice vat-in
9. Calculating and preparing payment of VAT offshore
10. Reporting the VAT tax return to web efaktur
11. CIT calculation
12. Liaise in SPPT PBB from regional revenue agency office
13. Distributing SPPT PBB slip to marketing department
14. Create Tax Invoices of customers

Requirements:

1. Have an educational background of Bachelor/Master's Degree in Accounting/Tax
2. Have 3-4 years of experience as a Tax Supervisor
3. Brevet A,B & C certified is a plus
4. Preferably from a property sector
5. Have an excellent understanding of accounting & financial reports
6. Master all taxes including Corporate Tax Returns
7. Experienced in handling tax audits
8. Able to speak english is a plus
