What You Will Do :

  • Develop and implement tax strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee accurate and timely tax reporting and filing (monthly, annual, and ad hoc) including SPT, VAT, and corporate income tax.
  • Lead tax audits and liaison efforts with external auditors and tax authorities, ensuring readiness and risk mitigation.
  • Manage and mentor the tax team, fostering professional development, performance, and collaboration across departments.
  • Provide expert tax advisory to senior management, including impact assessments on business decisions and regulatory changes.

What We're Looking for :

  • Bachelor Degree of Accounting or Finance.
  • Min 5 years working experiences in Taxation with some of leadership experiences.
  • Strong expertise in Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, Tax Reconciliation, Tax Planning, Tax Audit, and Tax Court procedures.
  • Familiar with tax systems and software.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
  • Willing to work on site at Cikarang area.
