Job Description

  • Monitoring all team member's KPI Performance.
  • Controlling agents' performance to maintain and achieve the KPI's target.
  • Giving coaching and motivation to team members related to anything needed.
  • Responsible for the operational Issue, performance floor, raised issue to Leads.
  • Provide reports to the Leads related to daily activities.
  • Follow up & resolve cases that are received in Chat & Email.
  • Create and handle projects that are related to operational improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree any related field
  • Having minimum 1 years experience specifically as a Team Leader L2
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and decision making abilities
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent for manage database, timeline, Gheet, and Gdocs
  • Leadership and coaching skills
